• We provide open box delivery to ensure transparency and quality.
• Customers are encouraged to open and inspect the box at the time of delivery to check the quality and condition of the mangoes.

2. Payment Policy

• We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
• Payment must be made at the time of delivery after inspection of the product.

3. Customer Availability at Delivery

• Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be:

• Delivered to a secure location at the address with the customer's confirmation, or
• Rescheduled to the next shipment, depending on delivery availability.

4. Delivery Delays or Postponement

In some situations, delivery may be postponed or cancelled due to operational or external factors, including but not limited to:

• Deliveries to non-metropolitan or remote areas.
• If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.
• If the shipment is delayed due to customs clearance or transportation issues.
